Maintenance guarantees excellent protection and a decorative appearance for a facade over many years
In order to maintain this protection and the decorative appearance, the components must be cleaned at regular intervals from the effects of environmental influences or other contamination.
The cleaning interval should be selected depending on the location. For example, in a heavily polluted environment a six-monthly or annual interval may be necessary. However, even in a very clean environment a two-year interval should not be exceeded.
Anodised or powder-coated surfaces are sensitive to acids and bases. Cleaning should therefore only be carried out with water and a neutral wetting agent (hand dishwashing detergent) using sponges or cloths. It is recommended that you rinse thoroughly with water.
Without regular cleaning a facade can become a case of renovation!
