For 30 years alucolor has stood for durable protection and radiance with the refinement of aluminium. Together with over 70 employees, we work on a daily basis to realise our claim to quality and design.
From Chemnitz to all of Europe. In order to be able to convince our customers in this way in the future as well, we are always looking for motivated colleagues.
We also attach great importance to our own vocational training. Whether managing director, production manager or team leader in logistics – many important positions have already been filled internally. That is why every trainee gets an insight into the different company divisions of alucolor at the beginning of the training before he or she is assigned to his or her specialist area. This promotes the team spirit and smooth work processes in the later everyday work.
In addition, we offer motivated high-school graduates the chance of an exciting career with our dual study places. Since 2020, we have been a recognised practice partner of the State Academy of Glauchau.
