  1. Fastening workpieces on product carriers
  2. Pre-treatment degreasing: serves to clean the surfaces, especially those containing grease and oil as well as water-soluble, adhesion-reducing substances
  3. Pre-treatment pickling: the existing natural oxide layer is removed *
  4. Chromium-free passivation: is used for the optimum adhesion of the powder coating, alternatively pre-anodisation for even greater corrosion protection
  5. Drying of the pre-treated parts in an adhesion water dryer at approx. 100°C
  6. Automated powder coating with manual support in difficult-to-access part geometries
  7. Cross-linking by melting the paint at 200 °C for up to 30 mins
  8. Cooling, quality control and professional packing of the coated par
